BTS is without a doubt one of the most well-known artists in the world, and this isn’t just for K-Pop. Nonetheless, with such widespread renown and acclaim, there will always be critics who have no valid justifications for their views. A video of an anti-BTS placard recently went viral, but ARMYs have reacted the best.
An ARMY (@voguesfetish) in London tweeted a video of a placard driving around the capital city with the words “#STOPBTS” and the faces of all the members on it, which went viral. The placard was carried by a black fan and was quite visible. A closer look revealed the members’ faces in greater clarity, as well as the hashtag “STOP BTS” printed in large white letters, as per Koreaboo.

Armys are on the move to protect BTS!
Obviously, after the video was posted, ARMYs couldn’t stop themselves from commenting on the sign. Many others commented on how selfish it was for the individual who had paid money to express their unfavorable feelings towards the group.

If there’s one thing ARMYs are known for, it’s finding creative ways to keep the group safe. They utilized their humor to turn a positive into a negative when the video was posted. Despite the fact that the hashtag “STOP BTS” is perceived as negative, fans put their own extensions to the statement to highlight the members’ positive qualities.
EXACTLY!! STOP BTS FROM GOING TO GYM! OR THEY WILL KILL US JUST BY THEIR LOOK’S!!! pic.twitter.com/P8xJLDrKSM

One person even modified it to Jin’s famous term “STOBIT.” Despite prejudice towards the group, the ARMYs have found a mature and amusing method to show the critics that they are incorrect.
Best one yet!!!!

Many individuals claimed that the person who bought the sign was petty, while others claimed that it is usual for people to criticize great performers. Many joked, however, that their attempt to dismiss the group was essentially a free advertising for BTS, making it counterproductive.
Nothing can stop BTS: 3 New Guinness World Records
In a positive scenario, BTS has set three new Guinness World Records! BTS has established new records on social media sites such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter in the last month. BTS have 60,151,959 Instagram followers as of February 2022, making them the most popular music group on the website. BTS previously held the record, which they first broke in April 2021 after achieving over 40,220,226 followers.
According to Soompi, when the members created individual accounts in December 2021, the group continued to set records. V set global records for the fastest time frames to achieve 1 million and 10 million Instagram followers in just over 5 hours.
Their popularity has spread to TikTok, where BTS’ official account has 45.7 million followers, with the number growing every day. This number of followers positions them as the most popular music group on TikTok, as well as No. 16 among the platform’s overall most popular accounts.
BTS is also the most followed music group on Twitter, with 44,167,059 followers, which comes as no surprise (at the time of writing). One Direction, who garnered over 31.7 million followers in 2017, set the previous record.
BTS not only has a huge following on Twitter, but they also hold a number of other global records. BTS and its ARMY established records for the most Twitter engagements (average retweets) for a music group (which they have broken four times) and the most Twitter engagements (average retweets) for a single artist on April 29, 2019. (average retweets).
BTS now has a total of 28 world records, and in September 2021, they were inducted into the Guinness World Records Hall of Fame for their achievements.
