Prattville: Interstate 65 chase ends with crash

A Montgomery man faces charges after a chase that started on Interstate 65. After it started on Interstate 65, it ended with a crash in Prattville Alabama State. Troopers confirm that 35-year-old Mack Wilson was driving a Chevrolet Camaro that was speeding on Interstate 65 in Elmore County. It came to cops notice, who later said that they tried to pull Wilson over, but he did not stop and led them on a chase.
They say they later followed him onto Cobbs Ford Road where he eventually crashed into a car nearby. State troopers say Wilson then tried to run off but was arrested soon after he left. State troopers say Wilson has been charged and accused with felony attempting to elude, felony leaving the scene of a crash, certain person forbidden to possess a firearm, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence. He was taken to the Elmore County Jail.
The further steps and investigations are underway to ensure that the case is resolved.
