Japan-based voice-acting entertainment company Across Entertainment recently announced that ‘Demon Slayer’ voice actor Natsuki Hanae has been doing some self-isolation as of late after being in close contact with a Covid-19-positive staff member. The result for the said staff member arrived on Friday after a routine PCR test.
Event postponed
This resulted in the agency bogging down the “The Duke of Death and His Maid” anime event that is slated this coming Saturday, January 22. Hanae – who is also the voice actor for the character Tanjirō Kamado in the hit anime series “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” which is currently on its Entertainment District Arc – was supposed to attend the said event, Anime News Network reports.
‘Demon Slayer’ voice actor says he’s fine
Fans of Hanae need not worry as he is fine if his tweet is anything to go by. His post came alongside a screenshot of an official statement from Across Entertainment regarding his condition. In his tweet, the “Demon Slayer” voice actor apologized for any inconvenience and concern his current condition may have caused. He went on to assure fans that he’s taking care of himself as he voluntarily quarantined himself in a room that he rented where he also does his voice acting work. Hanae also highlighted that he’s not in contact with his family.
