On March 17, Lapicus was involved in a motorcycle accident in Milan, according to Milano Today. According to reports, he crashed his motorcycle and came to rest. Soon after the accident, paramedics arrived, and a chopper took him to a hospital in Niguarda.

Before passing away on Monday, he spent three days in a coma.

The fighter, who had a 14-2 record, took on Eddie Alvarez, the former lightweight champion of the UFC, for the ONE 185-pound Championship in 2021. Moldavia was a developing nation then, and because we had the appropriate structures, such as tatami, we trained on the parquet.

“I recall that for a few years, our training consisted of flying through the air and crashing to the ground.”

Friends and family have used his Instagram page and supporters to post condolences and memories. “I first got to know you when you provided security for us; excellent guy, always ready. Life gives and takes, but it was now terribly unfair, “One individual wrote. “My sympathies go out to the family. Champion, rest in peace. You will one day fight in heaven.”

“I’m so sorry, I can’t believe you gave my brother and I the joy of this punishment. Iuri, rest in peace “another composed. “It’s really unbelievable! I apologise, warrior. Enjoy your peace, “Another person said.
