Turrail Lightfoot, 44, is wanted by Phoenix Police for the murder of Latoya Davis, 37. He may be standing at 5 feet, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Based on alleged charges of murder and severe assault, police issued a warrant for his arrest.

Police offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Turrail Lightfoot, who was named as the suspect in August 2022 in the murder of 37-year-old Latoya Davis and one other woman, as well as in the injury of a second woman.
Latoya Davis, 37, was shot and killed on August 25, 2017, at the intersection of 25th and Adams streets. After the shooting, Latoya Davis and Alicia Crosby (another woman) were transported to a hospital, where Latoya Davis was pronounced dead a short time later. As a result, police are looking for Turrail Lightfoot.

Charges against Lightfoot were brought to the attention of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in October 2022, according to Phoenix Police Sergeant Melissa Soliz. Since that time, Lightfoot has been a wanted man.

According to reports, Latoya Davis, 37, and Alicia Crosby, 35, were shot on August 25 around 9:20 p.m. at the junction of 25th and Adams streets.
They were brought to the hospital, where Davis eventually died from her wounds.
Lightfoot allegedly left Arizona for Lincoln, Nebraska, the days after the incident. A grand jury has since warranted his arrest on suspicion of a first-degree crime and criminal mischief.
