The Pretty Little Liars star shared a touching Instagram post mourning her grandma’s passing while simultaneously announcing the arrival of her second daughter and welcoming the addition of a second daughter to her family.
She added, beside a photo of herself holding the infant, “Losing the most significant individual in my life shortly before I had my second child has transformed all that for me. However, one thing remains stable in my soul – I’m convinced they spent significant time together. That offers me peace and joy. Rome, named after my Grandma Romaine, is named after my dearest friend, soulmate, and “person.”
