In addition to the character’s name, an envelope containing cash was put in a town hall opinion box with the inscription, “Please utilize it for the good of the people.”
Kyjur Rengoku is a prominent anime character from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series. He is well renowned for his joyful and supportive big brother-like nature.
The city of Fujimi intends to use the funds for social welfare programs as assistance to the elderly and disabled, according to the written post on the Anime News Network website. Another anonymous donor gave 100 masks to a nursing school in Iwate Prefecture last year.
