The series is scheduled to premiere in Japan for the 2021 summer season (July-September).
The story follows Reiji, a man frustrated with his current life and his endless work that one day ends up being transported to an alternative world. Your skill is to create medicines. The series will be directed by Masafumi Satou (Denki-Gai no Honya-san) at EMT Squared Studios.

Kennoji started publishing the novel on the website Shousetsu ni Narou in 2016. It was later acquired by Hifumi Shobou, who has published three volumes in physical form since April 2018 under the brand Brave Novel.
A manga adaptation with the art of Eri Haruno began to serialize online on the site Comic Gamma Plus, the Takeshobo, in December 2018.
