The 35-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy actress confessed she married her partner Nick Kocher in secret last May as she posted several pictures from the event on Instagram.
She captioned the pictures, which showed her looking lovely in a white strapless Oscar de la Renta dress with a tight bodice and a flowing train, “Last May… by @hollyclarkphotography.”
Her comic husband wore a traditional Scottish kilt and sporran for the wedding at Castle Toward in her native Scotland. The post also featured images of a piper player and her bridesmaids in brown silk dresses.
Maria Bakalova, the star of Bodies, Bodies, Bodies, reacted to the pictures with a single red heart emoji. In the meantime, Oscar de la Renta co-creative director Fernandez Garcia commented in the comments section, “Karennnnn!!! “

The Jumanji: Next Level actress was photographed by Holly Clark, who also served as Gillan’s wedding coordinator, on the morning of her nuptials. Gillan can be seen smiling in the picture while wearing a fluffy white robe and letting her hair fall loosely in waves.

While it’s unknown when their relationship began, Gillan and Kocher have been dating for a while. The pair occasionally posts tidbits of their courtship on social media, though. When Gillan uploaded a photo of herself wearing an emerald ring on that finger in November 2022, it gave rise to marriage rumors.
